Stier Arms accepts cash, cashier checks, US postal money orders or personal checks and major credit cards (please add 4% for CC purchases). Personal checks will be held for 7 business days.
Illinois residents must add 8.75% tax onto the final purchase price.

All prices listed are discounted from the MSRP for cash sales. Trade-ins may be accepted, however the cash price listed will not apply. If you are wanting to trade a firearm towards something we have in-stock, we will reference our inventory's MSRP when trading.
Shipping:
We only ship to FFL license holders / FFL dealers. Please find a FFL holder / dealer in your area and ask if they would perform the transfer on your behalf. The FFL holder must email a clear, legible copy to Stier Arms prior to all firearm shipments. For electronic copies PDF or JPG files are preferred. It is common practice for the FFL holder / dealer to charge a fee for the transfer.
A packing / handling fee of $20.00 per firearm plus a flat rate of $25.00 (pistols) and $30.00 (long guns) apply to all orders. We use USPS Priority Mail Service as our primary shipping for hand guns, UPS or Fed Ex for long guns. Signature confirmation and tracking are included.
Online orders will ship once all funds have cleared within 3 to 7 working days.
Restrictions:
You are responsible for assuring that you can possess the firearm(s) you are ordering. All BATF, state and local laws must be followed. Contact your FFL holder or dealer if you are unsure of your states requirements or restrictions.

California - Handguns as per the CA DOJ Roster of Certified Handguns. No Hi-Cap Mags without a Hi-Cap Mag Permit. No Semi-Auto Rifles.
Colorado - No Mags over 10rds.
Connecticut - No Semi-Auto Rifles.
Hawaii - No Pistol Mags over 10rds.
Illinois - Must have FOID Card to purchase firearms or ammo. No assault rifles or hi cap mags to Cook Co.
Maryland - No Handguns. No Hi-Cap Mags over 20rds.
Massachusetts - No Handguns. No Hi-Cap Mags without an FFL. No Defense/Clip Fed Shotguns. No Semi-Auto Rifles.
New Jersey - No Hi-Cap Mags over 15rds without a FFL.
New York State - No Handguns. No Mags over 10rds.
New York City, Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Staten Island, & Queens - No Handguns. No Mags over 10rds.
Washington, D.C. - No Firearms. No Hi-Cap Mags.
Returns:
1. All products are new and under the manufacturers warranty. WE ARE NOT THE MANUFACTURER,
Once product is used, please contact manufacturer for product defects.
2. All returns must be requested by Phone or Email within 5 days of delivery.
3. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number assigned to them.
4. The item must be new, unused and in the original packaging.
5. Shipping cost for returns/exchanges are not reimbursable.
6. Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If a firearm is listed as used, the best practice is to ask any questions or voice concerns before purchasing. We do our best to describe the condition to the best of our abilities. We use the standard NRA grading system when referring to used firearms.

We DO NOT warranty that you purchase or possess handgun components, long gun components, or ammunition according to state or local laws. By agreeing to the terms & conditions, you are stating that you of legal age to purchase the components or ammunition. This certifies that you are an adult and under no legal disability as provided under 19 U.S.C 922D (1) - (7).
NOTE: We require you to be at least 21 years of age to purchase handgun components, long gun components, or ammunition. Firearms must ship to a licensed dealer in your area. All firearms sales are final. Used firearms have no warranty unless specified. It is the responsibility of the manufacturers, not Stier Arms LLC to honor warranties on new firearms. While we may choose to help you with this process, we have no obligation to do so. Stier Arms LLC is not responsible in any way for damage or injury resulting from the use or misuse, legal or illegal, of any firearm we sell. Stier Arms LLC makes no warranty concerning the products we sell. Issues with products must be dealt with by contacting the manufacturer. We may require full or partial prepayment for custom builds or orders.
